About the Role

This position plays a critical role in connecting clinicians with cutting-edge technologies that are revolutionizing the field of Neuroscience. As a Sales Representative, you'll work closely with experts in the industry to provide expert product guidance, support clinical procedures, and build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical device industry and be able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our Neuroscience portfolio to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Identify customer needs and deliver tailored product support, training, and clinical education
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy
  • Develop and execute territory-specific plans, including tender preparation and follow-up
  • Act as a liaison between field operations and internal teams such as Research and Development and Marketing
  • Ensure timely reporting of activities, customer/product issues, and attend all required meetings and trainings
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, pharmacy or related field
  • Fluency in English and Serbian language, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally abroad
