This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Workforce Management Specialist. As a key support member, you'll collaborate with planning and intraday teams to develop efficient schedules for customer service operations. Your efforts will contribute to accurate scheduling, compliance, and forecasting.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and maintaining schedules for our Shared Service Centre based on business needs and guidelines to ensure optimal coverage and great customer service.
  • Process time-off requests and manage planned absences efficiently.
  • Track and report on workforce metrics such as Scheduling Accuracy, Service Levels, adherence and occupancy.
  • Support the implementation of new tools and processes from a scheduling and shift management perspective.
  • Collaborate with international teams on workforce-related tasks and drive change within the local team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in workforce management processes.
Our Expectations:
  • A basic understanding of workforce management or scheduling tools is essential.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets or data tools is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
  • You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities are vital.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role is essential.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required.
