About NCR Atleos we are seeking an individual to fill a Learning Specialist role in Belgrade, Serbia.

This position plays a key role in coordinating, instructing and designing training and learning plans to enhance the knowledge and skills of our project management teams. They collaborate closely with project managers, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective learning initiatives that align with our goals and objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with teams within the Global PMO to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning plans.
  • Coordinate the logistics of training programs including scheduling venue or delivery-method selection participant registration and material preparation.
  • D deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to teams within the Global PMO utilizing various instructional techniques and formats.
  • Develop and deliver training content related to project management methodologies tools and best practices.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A University degree or College diploma or relevant industry experience.
  • Proven experience as a Learning Specialist or similar role preferably in a project management or related environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment quickly respond and prioritize between multiple demands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows to perform daily tasks.
