  • About the Role:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Games Presenter to join our team as a Team Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing team operations, providing guidance and support to team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  1. Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members to foster both personal and professional growth.

  5. Contribute to the achievement of organizational goals by supporting effective training and development initiatives.

  6. Ensure services are delivered consistently in line with company values, policies, procedures, and performance indicators.

Requirements:">

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.

  • A minimum of 1 year in a similar position or relevant role.

  • Relevant academic qualifications in a management-related field is desirable.

  • Prior experience in a related industry is a plus.

  • Proficient in using productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

  • Leadership and team development capabilities.

  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including shifts.
