Position: Staffing Operations Coordinator

Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating and managing staffing needs to ensure smooth operational flow.

  • Organize, coordinate, and supervise working schedules and rotations at gaming tables to meet staffing requirements.
  • Collaborate with the HR department and Team Managers to handle time-off requests, approve schedules, and ensure all positions are filled.
  • Create daily staffing reports, verify work hours and time-off requests, and manage various administrative tasks as directed by Supervisors or Upper Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage for all business units.
  • Monitor and track attendance, ensuring adherence to schedules and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and manage studio rotation files for incoming shifts to ensure seamless transitions.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
  • Exceptional ability to manage and coordinate schedules, rotations, and staffing needs efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with workforce management software.
  • Minimum of 6 months in a similar role, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
