Job Title:

Control Room Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Control Room Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all studio activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the Casino LIVE/Online industry, with a strong understanding of games and procedures. They will also possess advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian, as well as proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and verify all studio activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Respond promptly to table calls and resolve issues quickly to minimize disruptions in gameplay.
  • Maintain and enforce game standards during all live sessions.
  • Log and report any operational incidents or discrepancies.
  • Support CRO Specialists, Shift Managers, and team leaders with operational tasks.
  • Stay updated on all procedures, rules, promotions, and game strategies.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Serbian and English both verbal and written.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Casino LIVE/Online industry.
  • Understanding of games and procedures.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian.
  • Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role is advantageous.
