Maintenance and Repair Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our studios and offices.

You will perform a variety of tasks including repairs and maintenance, setting up and configuring studios/offices, receiving and delivering packages, and supplying areas with water and consumables. You will also handle heavy objects, operate a forklift when necessary, and conduct daily inspections of the building to identify defects.

In addition, you will maintain air conditioning, air purification devices, and other installations, reporting and resolving malfunctions. You will use Microsoft Teams to receive information about faults and facility challenges.

This is a physically demanding role that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Set up and configure studios/offices
  • Receive and deliver packages
  • Supply areas with water and consumables
  • Handle heavy objects and operate a forklift when necessary
  • Conduct daily inspections of the building
  • Maintain air conditioning, air purification devices, and other installations
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role
  • Technical skills in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
