Logistics Operations Manager Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the daily US operations and activities related to truckload shipments.

About this role:

  • You will manage a team of drivers and execute dispatch functions while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
  • You will strategically plan and allocate drivers to maximize productivity and earnings.
  • You will maintain consistent communication with drivers throughout the day.
  • You will collaborate with the dispatch team to adjust routes as necessary to meet customer requirements.
  • You will build and nurture strong relationships with both drivers and customers.
  • You will provide exceptional customer service to our freight brokers and clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in US trucking.
  • Availability to work evening hours from 14:00 to 23:00.
  • Fluency in English written and spoken.
  • Professional demeanor with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCSA rules and regulations.
