About This Role:

  • Provide first-class support to sales teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage effective communication between sales teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and coordination across departments.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process enhancements, resulting in improved productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
