Job Title: Senior Gen AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI systems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, multimodal generative models, and their integration into high-load product environments.

This role combines hands-on engineering with architectural thinking to scale Gen AI across the company. As an AI/ML Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing RAG systems with hybrid retrieval (dense/sparse), embeddings, and orchestrated prompt pipelines.
  • Architecting and deploying LLM-based solutions using open-source and proprietary models.
  • Building scalable ML pipelines for batch and real-time inference, retraining, evaluation, and observability.
  • Integrating Gen AI models (text, image, multimodal) into core business processes and customer-facing products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features and evaluate Gen AI models for performance, cost, scalability, and alignment with company use cases. If you have expertise in NLP, Transformers, and modern deep learning architectures, we encourage you to apply.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, including deployment of production-grade AI solutions.
  • Expertise in NLP, Transformers, and modern deep learning architectures (RAG, BERT, T5, diffusion models, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases (FAISS, Qdrant, Weaviate) and semantic search architectures.

The successful candidate will also have strong architectural thinking, a focus on scalability, performance, and cross-system integration. Additionally, they will be proficient in DevOps/MLOps practices and tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, logging.
