AI Innovator

We are seeking a highly skilled AI innovator to join our cutting-edge technology team. As an AI developer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

About the Role
  • Job Description: We are looking for an experienced software engineer to develop and optimize high-performance kernels and libraries for machine learning applications.
  • Responsibilities: Develop and maintain performance-critical software systems, design and build GPU-style kernels, write host-side code, and develop parallelization strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree: In Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience designing and building performance-critical software systems, ideally in the ML or systems domain.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks, compiler architectures, and related optimization techniques.
  • Programming skills: Strong programming skills in C/C++, with the ability to drive architectural decisions and mentor others on best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership: Leadership or ownership in the development of GPU kernels or compiler backends, with a strong focus on low-level optimizations and tensor optimization.
  • Hands-on experience: Hands-on experience with GPU programming (CUDA, OpenCL, or similar), including an understanding of hardware architecture and memory hierarchy.
