Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrialization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of industrialization projects in the field of electronics.

Your primary focus will be on standardizing processes, procuring new manufacturing equipment, and executing process-FMEAs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrialization or a related field
  • Knowledge of programming interfaces for common microcontrollers (e.g., JTAG, SWD, BDM, SPI…)
  • Familiarity with bus systems like LIN, CAN, CAN FD
  • Experience in In-Circuit Testing (ICT), onboard programming, and functional testing of PCBA's
  • Understanding of electronic circuits and circuit diagrams
