Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions, with a strong focus on solution development and functional analysis.
The role will involve leading the delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, driving the adoption of new features and technology, and possessing a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 & power platform stack. You will also be responsible for identifying skilling opportunities, defining training needs within the team, and coaching other team members to reduce skills gaps.
In addition, you will contribute to proposal development, provide input in business development, and mentor junior and offshore staff. The ideal candidate will have experience working with offshore development teams, Agile methodology, and cloud storage services (Azure SQL, Blob storage etc.).
A broad understanding of software development lifecycle, Development management, Release management, Data migration, cut-over planning and Go-Live support is also essential. Certification in TOGAF or Zachman Framework would be beneficial.
