Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Okta administration, enterprise IAM systems, and cloud platforms.

The selected individual will be responsible for the administration and secure operation of corporate applications critical to identity and access management (IAM) processes. This includes platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, and similar systems.

Key responsibilities include owning and managing the Okta Identity platform, monitoring platform health, performing routine audits, and managing incident response related to access issues or suspicious behavior.

The role also involves proactively identifying opportunities to optimize access workflows, strengthen controls, and enhance the overall maturity of the IAM ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Okta administration or enterprise IAM systems
  • Strong knowledge of Okta SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Directory Integrations
  • Hands-on experience with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, AD, or Azure AD
  • Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and audits
