Optimize Manufacturing Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Production Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and optimize production processes, layout, fixtures, test tools, and work instructions to ensure quality standards and efficient manufacturing practices.
• Improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality within the manufacturing operations.
• Monitor production lines and cells, optimize workflow, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience within electronics industry.
• Good working knowledge of current common RF / Microwave test methods and equipment.
• Experience in writing manufacturing and work instructions.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills & Root Cause Analysis.
• Team player, flexibility, and resilience.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma certification, project management skills, and knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (Navision as an advantage).
