Develop IT processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Implement and oversee IT service management best practices.
Establish performance metrics for IT services and infrastructure management.
Define and enforce incident, change, and problem management processes based on industry best practices (e.g., ITIL).
Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
Lead IT modernization efforts, including automation, cloud adoption, and virtualization.
Manage IT asset lifecycle, ensuring proper procurement, utilization, and decommissioning.
Ensure IT operations comply with regulatory and legal requirements across different markets.
Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and frameworks to meet regulatory standards.
Collaborate with compliance teams to address audit requirements and mitigate risks.Oversee data protection and disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity.
Plan and execute IT projects, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring timely delivery.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring SLA compliance.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve IT efficiency and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience (3 + years) in IT management, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure and process organization.
Deep technical knowledge in servers, networking, cloud environments, and virtualization.
Experience working in regulated environments with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS.
Strong understanding of IT service management, automation, and monitoring tools.
Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing DevOps teams and organizing IT operations.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
