IT Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our team in delivering top-notch IT services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve IT processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement and oversee IT service management (ITSM) best practices, ensuring smooth IT operations.

Daily Responsibilities:
Establish KPIs and performance metrics for IT services and infrastructure management.
Define and enforce incident, change, and problem management processes based on industry best practices (e.g., ITIL).
Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
Lead IT modernization efforts, including automation, cloud adoption, and virtualization.
Manage IT asset lifecycle, ensuring proper procurement, utilization, and decommissioning.
Ensure IT operations comply with regulatory and legal requirements across different markets.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3 + years) in IT management, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure and process organization.
  • Deep technical knowledge in servers, networking, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and virtualization (VMware, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes).

Key Skills:
Experience working in regulated environments with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC 2.
Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM), automation (Ansible, Terraform), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana).
