We are currently seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Belgrade, Serbia.

Job Description

As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining high-performance database systems. You will analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement, ensuring seamless data storage and retrieval processes.

You will collaborate with developers to optimize database performance, resolve issues and implement security measures to protect sensitive data.

This role requires a strong background in MySQL, Percona XtraDB Cluster and MariaDB, with experience in tuning and optimization of SQL queries, building indexes and utilizing Percona toolkit components.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in database administration, 3 years in Percona XtraDB Cluster and MariaDB, and proficiency in Linux and its components is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in MySQL administration
  • Experience in Percona XtraDB Cluster and MariaDB administration
  • Expertise in tuning and optimization of SQL queries
  • Ability to build indexes and utilize Percona toolkit components
  • Proficiency in Linux and its components
  • Intermediate level of English language skills
