About the role:

We are looking for a committed
English - Serbian freelance translator to collaborate on an as-needed basis for various localization projects.

This is a freelance position working remotely with no fixed hours, but with the purpose of establishing a long-term collaboration with the right candidate for ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate and localize content from
    English - Serbian
    , ensuring linguistic accuracy.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style and terminology across all materials.
  • Ensure the product's final quality.
  • Review and proofread materials, when necessary.
  • Perform QA on specific projects, when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Native level of
    Serbian
  • Excellent command of English, with a deep understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances.
  • Strong attention to detail, spelling and grammar.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality and consistent work.
  • Previous experience in localizing educational or eLearning based content is a plus.
  • Additional knowledge of UI/UX translation is also a plus.
