About The Role:

We're looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to join our engineering team and help to maintain and improve the quality of our products. You will be leading the implementation of best practices for quality assurance across our b2b and b2c products.


What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Leading and providing guidance across QA and test automation teams;
  • Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, and test automation;
  • Providing technical expertise in Test Automation, Testing Methodologies, Testing Processes, Tools, and Techniques across the teams;
  • Setting up and leading the  QA Automation team;
  • Working closely with VP of Engineering to develop and implement best QA practices;
  • Ensuring the healthiness of the test environment.

What You'll Need To Be Successful In This Role:

  • 3+ years leading QA teams;
  • Proven experience in implementing and improving QA strategies;
  • Strong manual and automation technical background ideally in CI environment;
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
  • Solid knowledge of mobile, web, and backend platforms.
