Job Overview
We are looking for an
IT Support Specialist
to provide technical assistance, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and networks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support experience.
  • Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with Citrix, databases (MySQL/Postgres/MS SQL) is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of PC/laptop hardware, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
  • Experience with Windows & macOS administration, office IT infrastructure, and networking (TCP/IP).
  • Familiarity with monitoring/recovery systems, SQL queries, ITSM/ITIL (Atlassian is a plus).
  • Scripting skills (PHP, JS, bash, or VB) are a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for employees (office and remote), including incident resolution and service requests.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Citrix).
  • Manage office IT infrastructure: LAN, VoIP, wireless networks, video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Maintain hardware/software inventory, documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with vendors/service providers and participate in IT infrastructure projects
