Are you a natural leader with live-gaming experience and strong people-management skills? Were looking for a Team Manager for our live casino operations in Belgrade, Serbia, to build and guide a dynamic team of presenters and shufflers, ensuring smooth, high-quality broadcasts around the clock.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of game presenters/shufflers to deliver engaging and professional live shows
- Oversee shift planning, staffing, and rotation to ensure consistent coverage of 24/7 live table games
- Coordinate with production, operations, and content teams to optimize game pacing and flow
- Monitor presenter KPIs, provide performance feedback, and support professional growth
- Design and manage training programs to onboard new talent and improve presenter/shuffler skills
- Help shape new game formats, contribute to localized content, and scale the team as studio operations grow
Who You Are
- Experienced in live-dealer gaming, broadcasting, or presenter roles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a talent for motivating and developing people
- Highly organized and capable of managing complex schedules and shift-based teams
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (Serbian, Turkish, etc.) are a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
- Passionate about iGaming and delivering outstanding player engagement
