Are you a natural leader with a flair for live gaming and presenter coaching? We are seeking a Team Manager for our Belgrade-based live casino studio a pivotal role where you will build and nurture a high-performing team in one of Southeastern Europes most exciting gaming markets.
What Youll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team of game presenters to deliver engaging and professional live performances
- Manage presenter scheduling, staffing, and shifts to support continuous 24/7 live operations
- Collaborate with production, operations, and content teams to ensure show quality, pacing, and player engagement
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPI), offer feedback, and support presenters in career growth
- Design training programs and onboarding for new talent, helping them develop presenting skills and studio confidence
- Help roll out new game formats and local-language shows, contributing ideas for innovation and scaling
Who You Are
- Experienced in live game presentation, broadcasting, or a similar entertainment role
- Strong leadership skills able to motivate, evaluate, and mentor on-camera talent
- Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Organized, with a track record of managing schedules, teams, and processes
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (Serbian, other) are an advantage
- Passionate about the gaming industry and delivering great player experiences
