Tvoja uloga:

Kao Performance Marketing Manager bićeš zadužen/a za planiranje, realizaciju i optimizaciju kampanja na Meta, Google i drugim oglasnim platformama, uz direktan uticaj na rezultate klijenata i rast njihovih biznisa.

Tvoje odgovornosti:

  • Planiranje, kreiranje i vođenje performance kampanja (Meta, Google, TikTok…)
  • Kontinuirana optimizacija kampanja prema KPI-jevima i ciljevima klijenata
  • Izrada strategija za akviziciju, lead generation i e-commerce rezultate
  • Dnevna analiza podataka i izrada preporuka za dalji rast
  • Vođenje A/B testiranja i razvoj novih oglasnih pristupa
  • Bliska saradnja sa kreativnim i content timom radi usklađivanja vizuala i poruka
  • Priprema mesečnih i kvartalnih izveštaja sa konkretnim uvidima i predlozima

Tražimo osobu koja ima:

  • Minimum 3+ godine iskustva u performance marketingu, u agenciji
  • Duboko razumevanje Meta & Google oglasnih ekosistema
  • Iskustvo u izvođenju lead, awareness I e-commerce kampanja
