Social Media strategija i vođenje kanala:

Strateško vođenje
Marvo Srbija Instagram & TikTok kanala

·
Upravljanje
Gama Group

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook i LinkedIn profilima

·
Planiranje, kreiranje i izvođenje kampanja

·
Izrada izveštaja

Digitalni marketing i ads:

·
Oglašavanje na Meta i TikTok platformama

·
Poželjno osnovno poznavanje Google Ads-a

·
Kreiranje newslettera i e-mail kampanja

Saradnja i eksterni partneri:

·
Komunikacija sa agencijama, influenserima i eksternim saradnicima

·
Koordinacija sa maloprodajnim partnerima – Gigatron, Tehnomedia, Game Centar…

·
Sastanci i komunikacija sa partnerima iz Kine/Evrope (engleski obavezan)

Kreiranje sadržaja:

·
Osmišljavanje kreativnih ideja, kampanja, videa i foto sadržaja

·
Osnovno korišćenje Canve/Illustratora za grafike

·
Osnovna video montaža (Premiere Pro ili CapCut)

·
Spremnost da se pojavljuješ pred kamerom (TikTok/reels)

Organizacija i event menadžment:

·
Izrada marketinških planova i prezentacija

·
Organizacija 2–3 velika gaming događaja godišnje (Marvo turniri, gaming zone…)

Veštine i alati : šta kandidat MORA da poseduje

·

Dobro poznavanje engleskog jezika

·

Iskustvo u vođenju društvenih mreža

(IG, TikTok, FB, LinkedIn)

·

Razumevanje trendova, algoritama i digitalnog marketinga

·

Kreativnost

i sposobnost osmišljavanja kampanja i sadržaja

·

Osnovno poznavanje grafičkog dizajna

(Canva/Illustrator)

·

Osnovno znanje video montaže

(Premiere/CapCut)

·

Odlična organizovanost

i samostalnost u radu

·

Poznavanje MS Office paketa

·

Spontanost i sigurnost pred kamerom

Poželjne (ali ne obavezne) veštine

Osnovno iskustvo sa Google Ads

Vozačka dozvola B kategorije
