About the Role:

We are looking for a
Technical Support Specialist
to join our growing team in Novi Sad. You'll be on the front lines, helping clients solve technical issues, configure VoIP systems, and ensure smooth operation of software, servers, and networks.

This is a great opportunity for tech-savvy problem-solvers who enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support 24/7 via chat and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues
  • Assist in configuring VoIP systems (Zoiper, MicroSIP, FreePBX)
  • Perform initial diagnostics and escalate issues when needed
  • Document and track support cases in the internal system

Requirements:

  • Technical education or strong technical mindset
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Proficiency with Windows and Linux OS
  • Knowledge of IP telephony and troubleshooting
  • Clear written and spoken communication in Russian
  • English level B1 or higher

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: €1800 gross + up to €250 tax
  • Paid internship: 2–3 months
  • Full-time contract after internship
  • Work schedule:

First 2–3 months: Mon–Fri, 09:00–16:00;

Afterward: 2/2 shift rotation with three shifts
