We're looking for a
Junior Technical Operations Specialist
to join our team in Novi Sad and provide technical assistance to our international clients who use our fiscal software solutions.

About us

Fiscal Solutions is an international IT company that develops its own cloud-based software for fiscalization and provides consulting services in 27 countries.

Our clients include global retailers such as
IKEA, Metro Cash & Carry, Deichmann, and JYSK
, as well as POS software vendors worldwide.

What you'll do

  • Communicate daily with international clients regarding software functionalities and technical issues
  • Investigate and resolve incidents related to our fiscal solutions
  • Monitor and analyze operations through internal tools
  • Perform remote software installations and updates
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and consulting teams to ensure smooth client operations

Your skills

  • Knowledge of
    SQL
    (especially MS SQL)
  • Understanding of
    Windows systems
    (Linux/macOS a plus)
  • Analytical and troubleshooting mindset
  • Excellent English communication – both written and spoken
  • Ability to handle technical communication with clients professionally

Bonus points for

  • Familiarity with networking (VPN, firewalls) or Active Directory
  • Experience using tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
  • Awareness of GDPR or ISO 27001 compliance standards
