About The Role And The Team

  • Maintaining and proactively operating a redundant platform that meets its availability and capacity targets, optimising cost and designed to scale in line with customer growth, customer experience and new requirements.
  • Continuously improving existing processes by working on their optimization and automation.
  • Improving customer experience by reducing the number and duration of network and IT incidents

What will you be doing?

  • Problem Management: Investigate and analyse previous problems; Identify the root causes (RCA), develop workarounds and recommend longer-term resolution to reduce the number and impact of future incident
  • Network Projects: Participate in network projects, collaborate with Core network and Design network teams;Independently run small network projects
  • Continual improvement function: Constantly review and optimize existing tools, processes, and procedures, aiming for high level of automation where appropriate, improving efficiency of the team
  • Training: Create training plan for NetOps Team, TOC -L1 & Toc Specialist team

What We Are Looking For

  • Relevant university Degree - Desirable
  • Minimum of one year's experience in Network Operations
  • Good knowledge on Ethernet, IP, Broadband and IT technologies
  • Good understanding of troubleshooting network & IT services issues
  • Excellent English, written and spoken
  • Team player
  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to details
