Manage incoming service requests in a timely, efficient, and effective wayPlan, prioritize, assign, and monitor all open requests for technicians, ensuring the prompt delivery of service to meet our contractual terms and conditionsMaintain effective and timely communication with technicians and obtain regular progress updates for outstanding workDrive and support the successful execution of activities assigned to technicians within a geographyEnsure awareness of resource deficiency and technician productivity is shared effectively and efficientlyManage/coordinate spare partsEnsure correct and timely administrative tasks completionWork in a team environment and interact with multiple internal teamsWork with other team members to resolve unique and extraordinary circumstancesDeliver on predefined priorities and ensure SLAs are achievedIdentify situations and drive resolution of all events that may cause a miss of the company's contractual obligations
