Our mission is to strengthen international trade by facilitating the physical movement and marketing of chemicals, polymers, fuels, and other raw materials across the globe. 

This two-year Graduate program is designed to give you the full foundation for a career in commodities trading and commercial roles.

You'll rotate through:

  • Operations & Logistics: Gain first-hand experience in how commodities move across the globe, from producer to end user. You'll coordinate with shipping, storage, and distribution partners, troubleshoot challenges in real time, and understand the critical role operations play in supporting successful trades.
  • Credit & Risk: Develop a strong foundation in financial risk management by assessing counterparties, monitoring exposures, and understanding how credit decisions underpin trading activity. You'll learn how to evaluate risk profiles, support structured deals, and build the judgement needed to balance opportunity with security.
  • Market Intelligence & Analytics: Work closely with traders and analysts to turn data into insight. You'll track global supply and demand trends, analyse market movements, and learn how to present actionable intelligence that drives commercial decisions. This rotation sharpens your ability to see the bigger picture and connect numbers with strategy.
