Discover the role
As an Associate in the Business Academy you will contribute to various local and global projects based on the ongoing development and management of LMS (admin, research, design, etc), with ongoing guidance and direction from your line manager. You will get the chance to manage system-wide administration under direct guidance and supervision when neccessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and propose solutions for LMS functionality in line with business needs and overall user experience
  • Execute admin tasks as directed/requested to ensure business support
  • Tasks are performed in line with day-to-day needs and long-term projects, with periodic review and guidance from line manager or senior team stakeholder
  • Interact closely with the Business Academy team, to support program tracking and administration
  • Work with external supplier in ongoing maintenance and service of LMS

Key Requirements

  • University degree
  • Previous experience in an organization/internship etc.
  • Excelent English communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge in any Learning Management System would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate (e.g. word, excel, etc.)
