Title: Associate Project Manager / Project Management Analyst

Grade: 08

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Work Dynamic: Monday – Friday; 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM local time

Summary:

The Associate Project Manager / Project Management Analyst role offers assistance to manager in Project Management Office (PMO), supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring the targeted operations projects. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of project administration principles, data analytics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals have been met.

Experience as well as a keen desire to learn new technical skills. High focus on producing accurate and high-quality metrics calculations, datasets, and capable of understanding key concepts in development, QA and production environments.

Responsibilities:

•   Assists in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules for customer projects

•    Supports projects by collecting data from identified sources, analyzing data trends, creating reports and visuals mainly through Excel tool

•  Identifying and resolving data anomalies and errors; ensuring a high level of data integrity

•   Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials

•    Produce new process documentation, including workflows, procedures, and operational guides to support project execution and team alignment

•    Coordinates project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes

•    Tracks project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines

•    Assists as a contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues

•    Supports project teams in identifying and resolving project-related issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution

•    Collaborates with internal teams to ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals and priorities

•    Contributes to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the PMO.

Requirements and skills:

•    Bachelor's degree or IT equivalent experience

•    Fluent in English

•    Excellent communication skills - verbal and writing

•    Experience with MS Office bundle - very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must; experience with Power BI is an asset

•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously

•    Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams

•    Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within defined timelines

•    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
