Overview
The Marketing Innovation Associate Manager role - Snacks, will be accountable for delivering one of our key innovation growth bets across Europe.

This role will work closely with the local market teams with heavy partnership with cross functional partners in Research & Development, Consumer Insights, and Commercialisation, and the Design Innovation team.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and develop innovation platforms as a part of the positive choices innovation team
  • Develop and track readiness of the platform/strategy ensuring feasibility, viability, and desirability
  • Assess innovation performance and delivery vs key performance metrics
  • Contribute to broader high performing marketing innovation and Europe marketing team

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience, CPG preferred
  • Experience in building Innovation propositions & pipelines preferred

  • Strong capability in complex, matrixed stakeholder management
  • Strong capability in inspirational leadership, collaboration, and cultivating strong relationships to navigate and inspire teams at all levels
