Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate, based in Belgrade with some work on filed. The Associate will be responsible for daily tasks such as assisting in the production and processing of seeds, ensuring compliance with quality standards and supporting seeds breeding projects. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring applying production techonogy on fields.

Qualifications

  • Experience in seeds production, processing
  • Ability to ensure compliance with quality standards such ISO 9001 and meet contract parameters
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
  • Familiarity with modern production equipment and storage management
  • Knowledge of the seeds production is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Botany or a related field is a plus
  • Driving license B - active driver
  • English language fluenty writing and verbal
