Currently we are seeking a highly organized and motivated
Associate Producer

to join our production team. This role is integral to the efficient execution of projects, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders. The Associate Producer will support senior production leadership in managing daily operations, tracking deliverables, and maintaining structured communication channels. The position is well-suited for individuals with prior production experience in the video games industry who thrive in a structured, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to Senior and/or Executive Producers on assigned projects.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Track project feedback, compile actionable items, and distribute information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal cross-functional teams as well as with client teams.
  • Administer and maintain production tools (Shotgrid, Jira/Jaas, GSuite, Miro) to ensure accurate data management and project tracking.
  • Assist supervisors in tracking the asset approval process, monitoring progress, keeping projects on schedule and escalating any craft-related issues to the Production and Creative leads to ensure timely resolution of blockers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support project workflows, ensuring deliverables are tracked and completed according to agreed timelines and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in production within the
    video games industry

.
- Experienced tracking tasks, managing schedules / timelines for short-term deliverables (1-2 week sprint), and mid-length deliverables (1-2 months).
- Prior experience with
Shotgrid

(aka Flow Production Tracking) is a requirement for this role
- Experience working on
AAA game titles

and/or
map creation

is preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within dynamic project environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams in multiple timezones
- Experience coordinating with developers and managing vendor relationships preferred
- Residency in Europe is required; remote, hybrid, or on-site work arrangements are available.
