The Role

We are seeking a motivated
Associate
to join our team. This is a mid-level position with a unique opportunity for growth: we are looking for someone who can not only support current mandates but also demonstrate the capacity and ambition to one day step into a leadership role within the firm.

You will be exposed to multiple high-impact projects across industries, with a steep learning curve that accelerates your professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sell-side and buy-side transactions by preparing analysis, financial models, investment decks, and research.
  • Drive commercial insights beyond pure financials.
    Spot opportunities, risks, and negotiating angles that add value for clients.
  • Produce, interpret, and translate complex financial data into clear executive-level reports to enable sleek and informed decision-making.
  • Advise clients on matters such as asset sales, project management, and capital financing.
  • Resolve legacy financial, tax, and compliance issues, ensuring operations are stabilized and risks reduced.
  • Build and enhance internal controls, reporting frameworks, and budget oversight aligned with strategic decisions.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and service providers across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Work closely with clients directly -
    this is not a back-office role but a client-facing advisory position where communication skills and business acumen are essential

What We're Looking For

  • Strong academic background in finance, economics, or law (legal background welcomed if combined with an understanding of business acumen – M&A, investments, corporate advisory, international tax et al.).
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance/tax, or consultancy.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to recognize and shape commercial opportunities in negotiations.
  • Experience producing high-quality financial and strategic analysis, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage directly with clients and stakeholders at executive level.
  • Excellent command of English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is considered a strong advantage.
  • Agile mindset - comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment rather than a rigid corporate structure.
