We are looking for a motivated Senior Associate in Controlling and FP&A Department to strengthen our finance team and provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy turning numbers into stories – we'd love to meet you

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Monthly Reporting Process - Organize and coordinate monthly closing and present monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports
  • Ownership of the budgeting, forecasting & long-term planning process
  • Analyze profitability by projects, clients & products
  • Monitor deviations from budget and previous year and communicate proactively to the client
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Prepare presentations for management & stakeholders

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Bachelor's in Finance/Economics/Accounting
  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or controlling
  • Advanced MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, PowerQuery)
  • Knowledge of IFRS / local GAAP - Experience in Accounting will be considered as a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Analytical mindset & ability to simplify complex data
