Deputy Director of Property Department
to lead office construction, renovation, and fit-out initiatives across their Cyprus operations and broader European footprint.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned infrastructure and facilities leader with international experience, strong contractor management skills, and fluency in business English.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Coordination

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of office construction, renovation, and fit-out projects including layout planning, furnishings, equipment, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Lead internal operational teams and external vendors in delivering infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  • Drive adherence to company design standards and ensure office environments align with corporate goals and employee needs.

Contractor & Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring high-quality execution, performance tracking, and compliance with contract terms.
  • Negotiate terms, evaluate tenders, and oversee procurement of construction and facility services.

Financial Oversight & Strategic Planning

  • Prepare and control project budgets, manage cost estimations, and execute cost-saving strategies.
  • Align project financials with organizational targets and reporting standards.

Process Standardization

  • Harmonize operational processes across regional offices in Europe, ensuring consistent service quality and efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements in procurement, maintenance, and infrastructure governance.

Reporting & KPIs

  • Develop and present regular project status and infrastructure performance reports to senior management.
  • Monitor key infrastructure and operational metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills:

  • 7+ years in infrastructure, facilities, or real estate management within a multinational or regional setting.
  • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-site construction/fit-out projects, ideally across the EU.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budget control, and contractor management.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams (procurement, cleaning, facility services, construction).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international corporate environment.

Education:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (C1+)
    – mandatory
  • Additional European language (French, German, or Spanish) – preferred
