We are partnering with a fast-growing and innovative entertainment company to recruit an Executive Director who will lead their operations in Serbia and drive strategic expansion across the region.

The Role

  • Setting both strategic and operational goals and KPIs, and developing business policies accordingly.
  • Monitoring trends in the entertainment market (locally, regionally, and globally) to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Business analysis and execution of action plans.
  • Optimization and coordination of all departments — from sales and marketing to operations and finance.
  • Continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and timely action to achieve set targets.
  • Risk anticipation and proactive resolution of business challenges.
  • Regular reporting to the owners and management on business results.
  • Attention to detail is crucial when it comes to maintaining the highest operational standards.
  • Leading the team of over 150 employees, evaluating their performance, and providing honest and constructive feedback.
  • Delegating tasks in a way that supports both professional and personal development.
  • Continuously creating a positive work environment and sharing knowledge to build a strong team.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in the service industry, event management, or the entertainment sector.
  • Ability to create a long-term vision and convert it into concrete, measurable goals.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to tailor sales strategies to the market for maximum revenue.
  • Strong grasp of P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and financial management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of business models and key metrics.
