Senior Corporate Client Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate and Specialty Practice at Marsh. This role will be based in Belgrade, Serbia.

The selected candidate will join the Corporate Business and Specialty Practice team, reporting directly to the Corporate and Specialties Director. The candidate is expected to deliver high-value advisory and broking (insurance placement) services to large and midsize corporate clients across various general insurance lines, including property, liability, and construction. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate, motivate, and support a team of professionals.

We will count on you to:

• Drive the acquisition of new clients, either directly or indirectly, in collaboration with team members.
• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, as well as internal and external referral sources and centers of influence.
• Understand client business strategies to define their insurance-related requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects and insurers.
• Team coordination, recruitment and development; fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members, setting clear goals, budget, targets and expectations; monitoring team performance, offering constructive feedback, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and productive work environment to enhance overall team efficiency and growth.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with the company's business plans, including collaboration with the Head of Department, Country Manager, and European leadership.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects to proactively source and develop new business opportunities.
• Administer and service a portfolio of clients, retaining, attracting, and expanding business, while addressing and resolving day-to-day inquiries.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other Marsh departments and offices worldwide to exchange knowledge, generate new business opportunities, and deliver optimal solutions to clients.

What you need to have:

• University Degree.
• Technical understanding of key insurance classes and markets.
• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proven team management and client management skills.
• Track record of achieving challenging goals through organization and personal drive.
• Team player.
