We're looking for a passionate Client Partner to join our team in Belgrade and play a key role in driving growth for leading digital platforms such as Spotify, Pinterest, Snapchat, and more. This is your opportunity to shape the future of digital advertising in your market and be part of a global success story.
What You'll Do- Develop and grow your own portfolio of advertisers and agencies – prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and marketing teams at clients and agencies.
- Educate partners on the unique value of Spotify, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other leading digital platforms, helping them design impactful advertising strategies.
- Manage your sales pipeline and deliver on revenue targets with confidence and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Client Solutions, and Platform Partners) to ensure campaign success.
- Contribute to local go-to-market initiatives and represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Provide market insights, feedback, and recommendations to improve strategy and client experience.
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or ad tech with a strong record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Experience working with media agencies or direct advertisers in your local market.
- Strong consultative sales and presentation skills — you can translate digital advertising concepts into clear, actionable business value.
- A solid understanding of digital media ecosystems (social, video, audio, and performance marketing).
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with confidence in engaging C-level and senior stakeholders.
- A strategic, analytical mindset combined with commercial drive and resilience.
- Fluent in English and the local language.
- You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
- You're not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
- You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
- You have an eye for detail.
- You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
