e-commerce
cosmetics brand with a strong focus on digital presence, visual storytelling, and community building. While we support the hiring process,
this position is not within our agency, but rather directly with a partner brand we collaborate closely with.

The brand operates in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. There is no traditional office setup, this role is primarily field-based and requires someone who is comfortable working on the move, capturing real content where things actually happen.

What this role is all about

This is a hands-on Social Media Manager role with full ownership of content creation and execution. You will be responsible for managing the brand's social channels while personally producing photo and video content, from planning to posting.

You'll be the person capturing what's happening: events, moments, behind-the-scenes, and everyday brand activity. The role requires someone who is proactive, visually strong, and confident working independently while staying aligned with brand goals.

What you'll actually do

  • Manage and grow the brand's social media presence across relevant platforms
  • Plan, create, and publish content aligned with the brand's identity and goals
  • Personally record high-quality photo and video content (products, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, launches)
  • Edit content for social platforms (short-form video, stories, posts, reels)
  • Collaborate with internal teams on launches, promotions, and ongoing campaigns
  • Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement and results
  • Assist with or support brand events, activations, or photoshoots when needed

What makes you a good candidate

  • Proven, hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager and/or Content Creator (this is not a junior role)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts end-to-end, from concept to execution
  • Strong portfolio or examples of photo and video content you have personally created
  • Experience working with brands, preferably in e-commerce, beauty, or lifestyle
  • Confident working independently and taking full ownership of results
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Based in Belgrade and available to be mobile and on-site when needed
  • Flexible with working hours and comfortable with a dynamic schedule
