About the Role:

We're looking for a Social Media Marketing & Content Specialist to own and grow Mercuryo's presence across X and LinkedIn, driving visibility, engagement, and brand voice across the Web3 ecosystem.

This role combines storytelling, performance marketing, and trend awareness to ensure Mercuryo stands out as a leading voice in crypto payments, wallets, and Web3 infrastructure.

You'll manage the full social content lifecycle from strategy and copywriting to data analysis and campaign optimization. Working closely with the Compliance, Partner Marketing, and Design teams, you'll help turn product updates, partner integrations, and research insights into content that informs, connects, and inspires the Web3 community.

Your Role:

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute Mercuryo's social media strategy across X and LinkedIn, with future expansion to additional platforms.
• Build a consistent, data-driven approach to storytelling around Web3 payments, partner integrations, and product updates.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging short- and long-form content in collaboration with the compliance, design, and partner marketing teams.
• Maintain a structured posting schedule aligned with ongoing campaigns, product launches, and events.

Content Creation & Community Growth

• Craft high-quality social media copy that translates complex crypto concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
• Support partner campaigns and integrations by turning briefs into creative, on-brand posts.
• Support data-driven content formats, helping translate analytics and product insights into accessible visuals and posts.
• Collaborate with influencers, thought leaders, and partners to amplify reach and visibility.
• Identify community engagement opportunities from live event coverage to thought-provoking threads and discussions.

Performance & Optimization

• Track and analyze social media performance, audience growth, and content reach across platforms.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for strategy refinement and performance improvement.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns on X and LinkedIn, including performance tracking and ROI analysis.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Coordinate closely with partner marketing, design, and analytics teams to ensure smooth content execution and campaign alignment.
• Contribute to broader content planning discussions and help shape the direction of Mercuryo's digital presence.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or communications, ideally in Web3, fintech, or tech startups.
• Proven ability to craft engaging content and adapt tone to fit different audiences and platforms.
• Deep understanding of crypto culture, major ecosystems, and Web3 trends.
• Experience managing paid campaigns on X and LinkedIn.
• Strong analytical mindset, confident using data to measure impact and inform strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: experience in influencer marketing, event coverage, and creative campaign ideation.
