Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a creative and resourceful mid to senior-level Social Media & Community Manager with hands-on experience in managing social media and building online communities—ideally within iGaming, social casinos, sweepstakes, or entertainment sectors. You should be fluent in the language of the internet, know how to engage audiences authentically, and feel at home navigating everything from TikTok trends to niche Reddit threads. If you're digitally savvy, naturally persuasive, and skilled at blending organic growth tactics with strategic campaign execution, we'd love to hear from you. Bonus points if you have experience with influencer collaboration and understand the tone and nuances of the social casino space.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management – ideally in iGaming, social casinos, sweepstakes, or entertainment niches – but not limited to
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken — must be able to write copy, reply to messages, and engage in online conversations naturally and persuasively
• Deep understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube) — including algorithms, engagement mechanics, giveaways, and content best practices and an interest in the new/emerging/alternative ones.
• Digitally savvy: knows how to find and infiltrate niche communities (Facebook groups, Reddit, forums, Discords, blogs, etc.) with tact and authenticity
• Comfortable with guerrilla marketing and astroturfing tactics — including subtle/organic promotion via comments and posts in community-driven spaces
• Experience working with influencers (from outreach to ongoing relationship management)
• Familiar with basic social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.) and comfortable interpreting metrics like engagement rate, reach, etc.
• A self-starter who can work independently and adapt quickly to new trends or conversations online
• Strong sense of collaboration and team alignment — experience working alongside marketing designers and leadership
• Bonus: Understanding of online gambling/gaming regulations and tone-of-voice nuances in the social casino space

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content across major social platforms, aligning timing and messaging with campaign goals
• Engage with users daily through comments, DMs, reviews, and forums — fostering a loyal and active community
• Monitor trends in social and niche communities to identify opportunities or red flags
• Execute guerrilla marketing tactics, including subtle promotional efforts across forums, blogs, Reddit, Discords, and Facebook groups relevant to social casino audiences
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, and relationship tracking to expand brand visibility and credibility
• Collaborate with the Marketing Designer to brief and refine visual content for posts, stories, and campaigns
• Work directly with the Head of Marketing to align social media efforts with larger strategy and performance goals
• Track and report key metrics, such as reach, engagement, and sentiment — and optimize strategy based on performance
• Ensure the brand voice and tone are consistent, engaging, and compliant across all interactions
