Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Belgrade. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team. Daily tasks will include tracking sales performance, preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

  • Experience in client relationship management and negotiation
  • Team leadership and sales performance tracking capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales performance tools
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
