For our partner, U.S.-based company, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join their growing team.

Our partner has been delivering custom software solutions to the U.S. healthcare market for more than 25 years. With demand for healthcare IT services rapidly expanding, we are strengthening their sales team in
Belgrade
to deepen our presence in the U.S. market. This is a
hybrid position
, with regular office presence in Belgrade combined with flexibility for remote work.

As a
Sales Manager
, you will be responsible for driving revenue by converting qualified leads into closed deals. You will own the full sales cycle — from discovery and consultative selling to negotiation and closing — while maintaining a strong pipeline in Pipedrive. Using GPT/AI insights, you'll engage decision-makers, position tailored solutions, and collaborate closely with delivery and leadership teams to ensure aligned proposals and smooth execution.

Key Requirements

  • 3–8 years of sales or business development experience in outsourcing, nearshoring, or custom software development (U.S./EU markets)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling skills with enterprise stakeholders
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn networking and leveraging content to build trust
  • Hands-on CRM experience (Pipedrive preferred)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable using GPT/AI tools to extract insights, shape messaging, and enrich discovery

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in Pipedrive with accurate data and regular KPI reporting
  • Engage decision-makers and tailor solutions with GPT/AI insights
  • Collaborate with delivery and leadership to ensure aligned proposals and seamless handoffs
  • Stay current with outsourcing/nearshoring trends and provide market feedback
  • Share best practices and actively use AI tools in daily sales

What We Offer

  • Compensation:
    Base salary and on-target earnings (OTE) structured 50/50 (fixed + commission).
  • Commission:
    Paid on new deals, linked to engagement size, with balanced caps to ensure predictability.

    Supportive ramp-up during the first 1–3 months (higher fixed or partially guaranteed commission).
