About Us
in Alherbolab we create, manufacture and sell natural cosmetics globally.
With our brands Organic Mimi and Ecolatier, we are already present in more than 40 countries worldwide
We are expanding fast and looking for an Export Sales Manager to strengthen our international business development team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow export sales for Organic Mimi and Ecolatier in assigned regions.
Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Lead negotiations on pricing, listings, trade marketing, and promotional activities.
Prepare and monitor annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Participate in international exhibitions and trade shows (e.g., Cosmoprof, Beautyworld).
Cooperate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure successful market entry and ongoing support.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in international sales/export in FMCG (cosmetics or personal care)
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Fluency in English (knowledge of another foreign language is always an advantage).
Strong business acumen, ability to work with numbers, contracts, and budgets.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fastpaced international environment.
