Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Belgrade. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and leading sales initiatives. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in the chemical or food industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
