Digital Sales Manager

Main tasks:

  • Search for new clients to advertise on the BYYD mobile advertising platform;
  • Building relationships with large clients at all stages of work;
  • Increasing sales by improving the structure of the sales department, strategy and tools;
  • Managing the sales department, setting tasks;
  • Reporting and implementation of plans and KPIs of the entire department.

You will fit perfectly into our team if your strong point is:

  • Experience in B2B-sales is required;
  • Knowledge of the advertising market;
  • Identification of the client's needs, conducting negotiations;
  • Expansion of the customer base (cold calls, access to decision makers), interaction with existing customers (maintaining partnerships);
  • The ability to present the product and introduce the client to all the features of our platform;
  • Interaction with technical experts in the preparation and implementation of projects.

Key skills of a successful candidate:

  • Successful experience in advertising sales, a big plus will be having experience in digital advertising;
  • English and Serbian language proficiency (C1-C2 level);
  • Implementation of a monthly individual plan;
  • Determination, developed communication skills, motivation for development;
  • The ability to conduct presentations and negotiations at the level of top officials of the largest companies;
  • Working in digital marketing will be an advantage.
