B2B Sales Manager
to work with potential and existing clients, develop partnership relations, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, and relationship management abilities.

You will be responsible for:
- Actively acquiring new and developing relationships with existing B2B partners and clients.
- Handling inbound and making outbound calls, delivering presentations, and conducting client meetings.
- Consulting clients on company products and services, tailoring optimal solutions for their needs.
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Handling objections and building long-term, sustainable partnership relations.
- Analyzing market needs and sharing customer feedback with product and marketing teams.
You might be a fit if you have:
- A goal-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and Serbian.
You must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively in both languages. - Experience in sales or a customer-facing role (will be an advantage).
